After years of personal and professional experience in many sectors, it made sense to found Lumina Associates International Ltd to help individuals and companies from all avenues, to make theirbusiness dreams become a reality.
As a founder of a new company, I had to base my strength in my past working life experience where I had the pleasure to collaborate and develop many International Projects, working with Convention Bureaus , Chamber of Commerce, incoming agencies world-wide having lived internationally for the past 25 year and been blessed with the opportunity to have met many amazing people, cultures and countries such Italy, UK, Asia, America and the United Arab Emirates.
Back in the UK, some years ago now, I started working within the Meeting, Incentives, Conference and Events (MICE) world, collaborating with small to medium Corporate and Government offices to support them in their journey and to make their business strive.
We help them to understand the importance of a good working environment and creating a great one making the employee journey more memorable, rewarding them as a team with the best travel and destinations incentives or international events to achieve their full development and potential creating a ‘‘A TEAM ‘‘culture that ultimately is the base support for the company growth.
I also developed very strong tides with many international suppliers and in every destination, where we have local experts for my team to lean on when organising a Corporate Retreats, a FAM & Educational trip, a Business Meeting or Event, a Business Incentive & Reward program or a company’s team building.
